Franklin Stage Company, in Franklin, NY is honored to announce that they have been awarded a $40,000 workforce investment grant from the NYS Regional Economic Development Council (REDC). The funds will support wages for executive leadership for one year. The grant will be administered through the NY State Council for the Arts (NYSCA) with the support of Governor Andrew Cuomo and the New York State Legislature.

Franklin Stage Company is pleased to present actress and playwright Erin Layton in her searing solo show Magdalen, August 10 - 13, at Chapel Hall in Franklin, NY. The Franklin Stage Company, Delaware County's renowned classical summer theater, announces the departure of longtime Executive Artistic Director, Carmela Marner.  Ms. Marner, whose parents, Gene and Carole Marner, were among the original founders of FSC in 1997, notified supporters of her decision in a recent letter: 'It has been my great honor to steer FSC and fulfill its dual mission to provide innovative professional theater and to restore and maintain our extraordinary home, Chapel Hall.'

Multifaceted performer Leslie Odom, Jr. can currently be seen on Broadway starring as 'Aaron Burr' in the blockbuster hit musical, 'Hamilton.' He is a Grammy Award-winner as a principal soloist on Hamilton's Original Broadway Cast Recording, which won the 2015 award for Best Musical Theater Album.
