Joe's Pub has announced some additions to their August and September lineup of performances:

Molly Pope debuted The Diva-lution of Molly Pope to rave reviews at Don't Tell Mama's last spring. Hailed for her powerful vocals and dynamic dramatic intensity, Molly's performances of such songs as Dietz & Schwartz' 'By Myself' Cole Porter's 'It's Alright With Me' and even The Cardigans' 'Love Fool' provoked widespread comparison to a young Barbra Streisand. Now, under the direction of Ben Rimalower (Leslie Kritzer is Patti LuPone at Les Mouches) and featuring a band led by Sonny Paladino (White Noise), the new version of The Diva-lution of Molly Pope premieres at Joe's Pub (425 Lafayette Street) on Sunday, August 31st at 7:00 PM

On Monday, August 11th at 11:30pm, 'Scott Nevins' Curtain Call' will host Broadway's Leslie Krtizer at Splash.

America's longest running professional summer theatre, The Cape Playhouse, will proudly present the 1940's comedy Born Yesterday as their fifth summer offering. The production will star Leslie Kritzer as the dim-witted showgirl, Billie Dawn, along side Michael McGrath as the shrewd tycoon, Harry Brock. Born Yesterday opens on Monday, August 18th.

Friday, July 11th, THE AFTER PARTY welcomes back BRANDON CUTRELL with special guests Drama Desk Nominee and A Catered Affair's LESLIE KRITZER and CASHINO's Pepper Cole and Johnny Niagra.

On July 4th THE AFTER PARTY welcomes the winner of the 2nd Annual Broadway Beauty Pageant and Xanadu's MARTY THOMAS with Fireworks.

To accommodate the new Thursday matinees scheduled for the Broadway musical A Catered Affair, the good folks at TDF will open the Times Square tkts booth at 10 a.m. on Thursdays in July, continuing through July 24th.

This past Friday, June 27, The Samsung Experience Store, located on the third floor of the Time Warner Center, hosted an afternoon with the cast of A Catered Affair. The afternoon events included a meet and greet with cast members, including stars Tom Wopat, Matt Cavenaugh and Harvey Fierstein, a special in-store performance from Mr. Wopat, and a cast CD signing.

Join Alec Mapa, 'AMERICA'S GAYSIAN SWEETHEART,' for an uncensored, unbridled evening of hilarity! Alec will be dressed by Project Runway's Malan Breton. At Joe's Pub (425 Lafayette Street) on Saturday, June 28th (9:30 PM) and Sunday, June 29th (9:30 PM).

-The Broadway production of the Harvey Fierstein/John Bucchino musical, A Catered Affair, will close following the Sunday, July 27 matinee. The announcement was made today by producer Jordan Roth (Vice President, Jujamcyn Theaters). A Catered Affair will have played 27 previews and 116 regular performances at the Walter Kerr Theatre (219 West 48th Street).

To accommodate the demand for afternoon performances, the new Broadway musical A Catered Affair has changed its weekly playing schedule by adding a fourth matinee, it was announced today by producer Jordan Roth.

A Catered Affair celebrated the release of their cast-recording with a CD signing and performance at Barnes & Noble Lincoln Triangle, 1972 Broadway at 66th Street.

'The Battery's Down,' a new online television series, will premiere its fifth episode this Sunday, June 1, featuring a slew of Broadway guest stars.
