Rehearsals started today for the second play in the Ustinov Studio's American Season, the UK premiere of A STEADY RAIN by Keith Huff. Starring Vincent Riotta and Brian Doherty and directed by David Grindley, it follows on from Dan LeFranc's THE BIG MEAL.

Following two previous much-acclaimed seasons of American drama, the Ustinov presents The American Season 2014: three UK premieres, Dan LeFranc's The Big Meal, directed by Michael Boyd; Keith Huff's gritty two-hander, A Steady Rain, directed by David Grindley; and Lynn Nottage's multi award-winning Intimate Apparel, directed by Laurence Boswell. Casting will be announced in early 2014.

Theatre Royal Bath Productions presents a new production of THINGS WE DO FOR LOVE written by Alan Ayckbourn and directed by Laurence Boswell, at the Theatre Royal Bath from Wednesday 16th- Saturday 26th April 2014, followed by a UK tour (details be to be announced). Making her UK stage debut, NATALIE IMBRUGLIA will play Nikki Wickstead, the victim of a classic Ayckbourn love triangle in a long-awaited revival of one of the most popular plays of the nineties. Stage Left Theatre announces their upcoming revival of A Day in the Death of Joe Egg written by Peter Nichols and directed by ensemble member Greg Werstler. A Day in the Death of Joe Egg is the second production of Stage Left's 32ndseason. Press opening is Tuesday, January 14th at 7:30 PM at Theater Wit, 1229 W Belmont.
