Ars Nova's ANT Fest Kicks Off Tonight with THOSE LOST BOYS

Ars Nova announces the lineup for its 6th Annual ANT Fest. This year's festival of All New Talent runs from today, June 3 - 29, featuring fresh new work from some of New York's most exciting emerging artists. From trapeze thrillers to hip-hop basketball musicals, 2013's ANT Fest heats up Ars Nova this summer with four weeks of comedy, music, theater and a fusion of all three you won't see anywhere else.

NOT EXACTLY BROADWAY Jamboree Concert Comes to The Cutting Room Tonight

'Not Exactly Broadway' is a jamboree concert where Broadway artists will display their own original tunes while sharing the stage with other up and coming NYC Pop writers & singers. This jam session will take place tonight, April 29th at The Cutting Room.

Amanda Taraska's BORN, A BIRTHDAY CONCERT Plays Laurie Beechman Tonight

With her bright, sparkly, dulcet, sometimes belty tone, her unique, quirky girl-next-door-with-a-twist demeanor, and her background/training in musical theatre (NYUSteinhardt, national tours of Henry and Mudge & If This Hat Could Talk, directed by George Faison), Amanda will be performing mostly originals on guitar. The evening will feature her friend and musical collaborator Walter Thompson (Wicked) on piano, as well as special guests Jeremy Morse (Bloodsong of Love) and Lauren Marcus, who will provide additional vocals.

Shively, Ashley Sweetman, Mike Pettry, Kristen da Costa, Ross Wolkenbrod, Kimberly Kaye, and Jordan Stanley were part of The 5th Annual Joe Iconis Christmas Spectacular, along with Susan Blackwell, Annie Golden, Jeremy Jordan, and more. Award-winning musical theatre composer/lyricist Rob Rokicki celebrates the release of his album, I'm Ready: The Songs of Rob Rokicki at The Triad (Stage 72) tonight, November 19th at 9:15 p.m. Showcasing a collection of songs Rokicki has written over the past decade, the concert will feature Becca Ayers (Addams Family, Giant), Melinda Bass (Messiah Rocks), Brittney Bertier, Nick Dalton (Surf, Legally Blonde), Alexandra Ferrara, Amanda Flynn (Mamma Mia, Wicked), Brian Gallagher (Jekyll & Hyde), Leslie Henstock (Les Miserables, Light in the Piazza), Carly Hughes (Ghost, Ragtime), Megan Hilty (SMASH, 9 to 5, Wicked), Gwen Hollander (Little Women), Emma Hunton (Spring Awakening, Rent), Joe Iconis (Things to Ruin), Lauren Marcus (The Plant That Ate Dirty Socks), Ashley Moniz (Sister Act, Legally Blonde), Kathleen Elizabeth Monteleone (Hands on a Hardbody, Legally Blonde), and Michael James Scott (Book of Mormon, Elf).
