Opening for Reid during the run will be his co-finalists Cindy Marchionda (the first runner-up) and Amy Beth Williams, the second runner-up, who will perform short sets on alternating nights.

The American Airlines Theater will host a memorial celebration for the late Jerry Bock for family, friends and fans at 2:30pm on January 24, 2011. Bock's main lyricist, Sheldon Harnick will host the event, which will include appearances by Chita Rivera, Lonny Price, Hal Prince, Todd Haimes and more. The memorial will also include performances of Bock's most celebrated songs and accompanying commentary by original cast members of his shows. Larry Yurman will musical direct. Seating is open to the public and available on a first come, first served basis and doors open at 2pm.

Stephen Sondheim's much anticipated book, 'Finishing the Hat', compiles his lyrics from the past 50 years and give readers a look into his personal life as well as his remarkable productions. Last week, Christine Ebersole gave a special performance to patrons of Barnes & Noble at Lincoln Center in celebration of the September 21st release of ‘Christine Ebersole Sings Noel Coward.' Two-time Tony Award winner Ebersole, whose soprano voice was heard singing Noel Coward songs between scenes of the most recent Broadway revival of Blithe Spirit, teamed up with Musical Director Larry Yurman on the album of Coward tunes.
