The current COVID -19 crisis has had a devastating effect on the performing arts. Broadway has shut down, and the ban on gatherings in New Jersey extends to all other performance spaces as well, including the Little Firehouse Theatre in Oradell, home to the Bergen County Players (BCP) since 1949.

Bergen County Players, one of America's longest-running little theater companies, will kick off its new Second Stage season with a limited engagement of Ernest Thompson's ANSWERS, a duo of hilarious one-act comedies. Under the direction of Matthew Blum, ANSWERS will run November 9th and 10th at the Little Firehouse Theatre in Oradell. Show times will be Saturday at 2pm and Sunday at 7pm. With Book, Music and Lyrics written by Rupert Holmes, The Mystery of Edwin Drood is based on an unfinished novel by Charles Dickens. Under the direction of Steve Bell, The Mystery of Edwin Droodwill be performed at the Little Firehouse Theatre in Oradell from September 8th through October 6th, 2018.
