Pollard Theatre Company Presents A Virtual Production A TERRITORIAL CHRISTMAS CAROL

After a nearly three year absence, the Pollard Theatre company brings A Territorial Christmas Carol: an Oklahoma Tradition back to life for its audiences this holiday season. This one of a kind virtual production of the Pollard perennial favorite is set to begin streaming into homes starting Friday, December 11th.

Oklahoma City Repertory Theatre continues their Eleventh Season with Larry Kramer's THE NORMAL HEART, winner of three 2011 Tony Awards, including Best Revival of a Play. A searing drama about public and private indifference to the AIDS plague and one man's lonely fight to awaken the world to the crisis. Set in the early 1980's, Larry Kramer's TONY award-winning drama THE NORMAL HEART follows Ned Weeks, a gay activist enraged at the indifference of public officials and the gay community. While AIDS ravages New York City, he confronts the personal toll of AIDS when his lover dies of the disease. This production is rated R for Very Strong Adult Language and Adult Themes.

The Oklahoma Theatre Guild, in cooperation with The Cimarron Alliance, with license from the American Foundation for Equal Rights (AFER) and Broadway Impact, has announced a one-night-only reading of "8," a play chronicling the historic trial in the federal constitutional challenge to California's Proposition 8, written by Academy Award-winning screenwriter and AFER Founding Board Member Dustin Lance Black.
