This performance focuses on the early 70's era of Bette Midler during Continental Baths days singing with her as yet unknown accompanist was Barry Manilow. As per the fashion of Bette... copious amounts of singing, stories, and dancing ensue!

In January 2020, Joe's Pub presents its annual slate of showcases coinciding with APAP|NYC 2020, the yearly Association of Performing Artists Presenters conference drawing presenters from around the world, January 10-14. The month will also include the fifth installment of Under the Radar + Joe's Pub: In Concert, a collaborative series highlighting multidisciplinary artists at the intersection of music and theater during The Public Theater's innovative Under the Radar Festival, January 8-19.

THE GREEN ROOM 42 has announced that acclaimed singer and songwriter SPENCER DAY will welcome jazz vocalist Hilary Kole for his final New York show of the year on Saturday, November 2 at 9:30 PM. 

Stew and Heidi Rodewald of the band The Negro Problem and the songwriter team who created the Tony, Drama Desk and Obie-winning musical Passing Strange are hitting the road with a new act called Staged Dives, which they're previewing at the Ancram Opera House in Columbia County, New York June 28 and 29 before bringing it to Joe's Pub in August. They talked with Dan Dwyer of Off Script about the new show and their twenty-year collaboration.

Spencer will continue his string of packed shows and critical raves on Friday, June 21, which will conclude the season of his residency.
