Quentin Tarantino's THE HATEFUL EIGHT to Begin Shooting in November

According to Showbiz411, Quentin Tarantino's The Hateful Eight will begin filming this November in Wyoming. The cast will include the actors who participated in the live reading of the script back in April: Samuel L. Jackson, Tim Roth, Kurt Russell, Walton Goggins, Michael Madsen,Bruce Dern, James Remar, Amber Tamblyn, Zoe Bell and more.

Multi-Academy Award-winning writer and director Quentin Tarantino completed a preliminary draft of new screenplay THE HATEFUL EIGHT last year and subsequently sent it to a few friends and collaborators only to have it leak, infuriating the outspoken auteur to such an extent that he put off plans to make the film at all and a live staged reading of the aforementioned leaked script, titled THE HATEFUL EIGHT, was held last week in Los Angeles featuring an all-star cast.

MoMI to Screen Five Films Featuring Zoe Bell, 1/7

Zoë Bell, the international action icon discovered by Quentin Tarantino, will appear at Museum of the Moving Image with a preview screening of her new film Raze, on Tuesday, January 7, 2014. In this exciting and relentlessly hyperviolent action film directed by Josh Waller, she stars as a woman forced to do battle with other innocents for the amusement of unseen spectators. Leading in to this special screening and appearance, the Museum will also present a retrospective of her work—chronicling her transformation from stuntwoman to star—in the films Whip It, Death Proof, and Kill Bill: Vol. 1 and Kill Bill: Vol. 2 on January 4 and 5. Christine Lahti to Lead Signature Theatre's PRIDE IN THE FALLS OF AUTREY MILL; Limited Engagement Set for 10/15-12/8

Signature Theatre is pleased to announce the casting of award winner Christine Lahti (Running on Empty, Swing Shift,Chicago Hope) in this fall's world-premiere drama Pride in the Falls of Autrey Mill, written by Paul Downs Colaizzo (Really Really). Lahti, whose acclaimed 30-year career in theatre, television and film places her in the highest echelon of American actresses, joins this fall's production under the direction of Shakespeare Theatre Company Artistic Director Michael Kahn, who returns to Signature for the first time in nearly twenty years. STEEL MAGNOLIAS Added to Target Presents AFI Night at the Movies in Hollywood

The American Film Institute (AFI) announced today that STEEL MAGNOLIAS has been added to the classic movie lineup of screenings for the special one-night-only event, Target Presents AFI Night at the Movies. 2012 AFI Life Achievement Award recipient and Oscar-winning actress Shirley MacLaine and Oscar-winning actress Sally Field will reunite to co-present the film, which will screen along with 12 other films, on Wednesday April 24 at the ArcLight Hollywood. Adding to this unique night, audience members will join Field and AFI to celebrate MacLaine with a birthday song prior to the screening. Tickets for STEEL MAGNOLIAS go on sale today at 10:00 a.m. (PT).
