Talackova will be joined by her attorney, Gloria Allred.

ABC will debut its new comedy series DON'T TRUST THE B---- IN APARTMENT 23 on April 11. Following a critically acclaimed season which included the World Premiere of Lynn Nottage's hit comedy, By the Way, Meet Vera Stark, Second Stage Theatre has announced three of the four mainstage productions in the company's upcoming 33rd season.

Written and to be directed by Heckerling, VAMPS tells the modern day tale of two young beautiful female vampires (Alicia Silverstone, Krysten Ritter) living the good nightlife in New York until love enters the picture and each has to make a choice that will jeopardize her immortality.
