Conceived, choreographed, and directed by Tony Award-winner Twyla Tharp and featuring vocals by Frank Sinatra, COME FLY AWAY will launch a national tour in May, 2011 in Chicago. More details on this extensive, multi-city national tour will be announced at a later date.

COME FLY AWAY, the critically acclaimed new Broadway musical, has announced that a new block of tickets is now on sale for performances through February 20, 2011. In addition, beginning Tuesday, September 7th, COME FLY AWAY will be performed on the following new schedule: Tuesday at 7pm, Wednesday at 2pm, Thursday at 7pm, Friday at 8pm, Saturday at 2pm and 8pm, Sunday at 2pm and 6:30pm.

A long-standing opening night tradition on the Great White Way, the fabled Gypsy Robe is bestowed upon a veteran Broadway chorus member for each opening production. In what has now become a theatrical ritual, originating on Broadway 60 years ago, COME FLY AWAY chorus member Kristine Bendul turned over the robe to ADDAMS FAMILY cast member Jim Borstelmann. COME FLY AWAY will star Matthew Dibble, Holley Farmer, Laura Mead, Charlie Neshyba-Hodges, Rika Okamoto, Karine Plantadit, Keith Roberts and John Selya, all of whom were in last fall's acclaimed world premiere production at Atlanta's Alliance Theatre.

The White Plains Performing Arts Center has announced the casting for their upcoming WE ARE LIGHTS holiday concert. Conceived, directed and choreographed by Tharp, the musical, which, with permission from the Frank Sinatra Enterprises and the Sinatra family, features original masters of Sinatra's voice, began performances Sept. 15, and officially opened on Sept. 23.
