Beautiful Soup's LITTLE WARS Moves to Roy Arias Stage IV

Due to tremendous buzz, Beautiful Soup Theater's premiere production of Steven Carl McCasland's LITTLE WARS has moved up to the Roy Arias Stage IV. Performances begin Wednesday, April 23 at 7 PM.

Beautiful Soup Theater's recently announced that their revival of Ferenc Molnar's Liliom will open at The Celebration of Whimsy [formerly The Living Theatre] in New York City on February 26th, 2014. Performances will play Wednesday through Saturday at 7:00pm, with Saturday and Sunday matinees at 2pm. The run will conclude on March 9th. Kim Rogers, who will be seen in Beautiful Soup's production of Liliom as Mrs. Muskat, will return to the stage this April as famed mystery- writer Agatha Christie in Little Wars, directed by Thia Stephan.

Bethe Austin (Broadway's Sly Fox, Onward Victoria!) will join the Beautiful Soup Theater tonight, March 23rd, 2013 as they celebrate the songbook of Charles Strouse (Rags, Annie, Applause, Bye, Bye, Birdie!). All proceeds from this one-night-only concert will be Beautiful Soup's revival of the Strouse, Schwartz and Stein musical Rags.

In celebration of over ten years of creating holiday musicals specifically written with multigenerational appeal, one of Ensemble Theatre of Cincinnati's (ETC) most popular family-friendly holiday productions, SLEEPING BEAUTY by Joseph McDonough and David Kisor, returns December 2 through January 3 and is directed by D. Lynn Meyers. In the tradition of ETC's 'fractured fairytale' holiday productions, SLEEPING BEAUTY is a modern spin on the classic fairytale, and features Briar Rose, her overprotective parents, a rock n' roll prince, and three wacky fairies (and an evil one!).
