The Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival (TOsketchfest) today announces the first wave of programming with highlights from the Festival Series. TOsketchfestwill host over 60 sketch comedy acts from across North America, March 1-12, 2017 at The Theatre Centre, Comedy Bar and The Drake Underground.

The opening performance is on Weds June 29 at 7:00 pm. The Toronto Symphony Orchestra and The Second City Toronto have joined forces for the world premiere of THE SECOND CITY GUIDE TO THE ORCHESTRA. Celebrating their shared love of symphonic music and comedy, the two eminent organizations conspired very closely together throughout all stages of the project to create the first programme of its kind in Canada.
It is always great when the performers on stage are having such a good time that those watching can't help but get swept up in the fun, and that is exactly what happens in Curtain Call Players' tightly-paced production of Hairspray, making it a joy from start to finish.
