ONE NIGHT ONE NIGHT ONLY: THE GREATEST MUSICAL NEVER WRITTEN Comes to the Factory Theatre This Winter

By:

Kliffer Entertainment and Golden Ages Productions presents the world premiere, make that 18 world premieres, of ONE NIGHT ONLY: THE GREATEST MUSICAL NEVER WRITTEN where a completely new musical comedy is created each and every night by a cast of Toronto's greatest improvisers and sketch comedy performers.

ONE NIGHT ONLY is a two-act musical comedy which follows the conventions of a scripted production but is completely improvised, dictated by spontaneous audience suggestions. Each performance has an original plot, characters, music, songs and choreography. It feels like anything can happen on stage, and it does!

Featuring a cast of Canadian Comedy Award-winners, ONE NIGHT ONLY stars Ashley Botting (Love, Dishonor, Marry, Die, Cherish, Perish/Studio180); Jan Caruana (The Meme-ing of Life, We Can Be Heroes/The Second City); Carly Heffernan (The Second City Guide to the Symphony with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra); Reid Janisse (The Little Mermaid, Cinderella/Ross Petty Productions); Ron Pederson (Mad TV, The Late Late Show/CBS); and Alex Tindal (Sunday Night Live/The Sketchersons); with singers Miriam Drysdale (Heart Puppetations) and Kevin Vidal (Sunnyside); and a special appearance by Colin Mochrie (Whose Line is it Anyway?).

The first "Greatest Musical Never Written" premiered in November 2013, created by Winnipeg-born and Toronto-based actor, writer, director, teacher and producer, Alan Kliffer. Artistic producer of the award-winning Kliffer Entertainment, Kliffer is the country's improv leader producing a series of innovative improv shows including Mixed Company, Improtheatre Cabaret, Stripprov and Dark Secrets.

ONE NIGHT ONLY marks Kliffer Entertainment, and executive producer Katherine Rawlinson's, first commercial theatrical run of this unique entertainment hybrid - a new musical which has never been seen before, and will never be seen again.
