Daniil Simkin, a Principal Dancer with American Ballet Theatre from 2012 to 2020, will return to ABT as a Guest Artist for select performances during the Company’s touring engagements and 2022 Summer season at the Metropolitan Opera House, it was announced today by Artistic Director Kevin McKenzie.
Cynthia Harvey, Artistic Director of the ABT Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School since 2016, will leave her role at the conclusion of the school year in May 2022. A former Principal Dancer with ABT (1982-1996), Harvey was appointed Artistic Director of the ABT JKO School in January 2016 at the invitation of ABT Artistic Director Kevin McKenzie.

Intermediate and advanced students, ages 9 to 24, are invited to audition for ABT’s Summer Intensive, Collegiate, and Young Dancer Summer Workshop programs in virtual classes conducted over Zoom.
