After a smash sellout at the August Wilson Theater with their 15th Anniversary Reunion Benefit Concert of The Who's Tommy last December, ROCKERS ON BROADWAY returned to BB King's on Monday November 2nd with another star-studded benefit show. Directed by Donnie Kehr, ROCKERS ON BROADWAY-Celebrating the '60s honored the songs and performers from Rock's greatest decade and will feature a 'who's who' of classic recording artists performing alongside some of the biggest stars on Broadway, all to benefit Broadway Cares / Equity Fights AIDS, Broadway Dreams Foundation and the Bendheim Center/Scholarship Fund.

The 92nd Street Y continues the 2008 season of its legendary American Songbook series, 'Lyrics & Lyricists, with Life is a Cabaret: A Tribute to Fred Ebb.' In over 700 songs written in the course of a 50-year career, Fred Ebb's lyrics epitomize the wit and sophistication of Broadway. From 1964 when they met, until his death in 2004, Ebb collaborated with composer John Kander to create the scores for Cabaret, Happy Time, Zorba, Chicago, Woman of the Year, The Rink, and Kiss of the Spider Woman, among others. They also collaborated on Curtains, which was produced in 2007, after Ebb's death.

Broadway's JERSEY BOYS cast members J. Robert Spencer, Tituss Burgess, Donnie Kehr, Michael Longoria and Steve Gouveia will star in In The Raw, Original Songwriters Night, on Sunday, November 27 at 10:00pm at The Encore, 266 West 47th Street (between Broadway & 8th Avenue). In The Raw, Original Songwriters Night features various artists from the theatre community in New York City performing original material with Broadway's best musicians (they will be fully clothed).
