Comedy king Ken Dodd has announced that he will be postponing his Happiness Show at Parr Hall, which was due to take place next week.

A comedy legend and national treasure will be heading to Warrington in the New Year with a hilarious show that will have you rolling in the aisles. Warrington's Parr Hall will play host to the King of Comedy Ken Dodd, who will entertain crowds with his timeless sense of humour and classic one-liners.

St Helens Theatre Royal is preparing for an Autumn season of mellow fruitfulness - as well as fantastic music, hilarious comedy, beautiful ballet, Beatles, Blues Brothers and no fewer than TWO pantomimes.

The nation's favourite comedian Ken Dodd, recently made Sir Ken Dodd, is bringing his Happiness Show to Warrington again next year.

Initial casting is announced today (20 April 2017) for Qdos Entertainment's London Palladium production of Dick Whittington.  Following the success of Cinderella last year, the production will see the return of Julian Clary who will play Spirit of the Bells, Paul Zerdin as Idle Jack and Nigel Havers as Captain Nigel.  Further casting and creative team will be announced shortly. 

Wisdom of a Fool resurrects the much loved Norman Wisdom in Jack Lane's respectful and entertaining show that charts his rags-to-riches story.
