ENID’S MILL, a new family drama by Martha Douglas-Osmundson, will premiere at The Players’ Ring Theatre in Portsmouth from March 6–22. Directed by Leslie Pasternack, the play explores family, resilience, and reconciliation in the late 1970s.
“As Small As Stars,” a magical take on the parents of the children who left their home to fly to Neverland with Peter Pan, will be on stage at the Players’ Ring Theatre beginning this month.
Complete with bison, barn and Broadway hits, Hackmatack Playhouse will open its 2018 summer season Friday, June 15, with an hysterically funny farce based in 1934 Cleveland.
???????For now, for this month, the two women are colleagues at Hackmatack Playhouse, bound together as actors in a story of motherhood, life, friendship and death. Next month they will again be professor and student.

Karol and David Gooch of Kittery were young and in love, earthy-looking types, when they first discovered Hackmatack Playhouse in Berwick, Maine, 40 years ago. And Hackmatack itself was a new theater on a farm, started by the late Carleton Guptill.
