Celebrated, internationally renowned performer Katsura Sunshine (whom the New Yorker called a?oe A big, burly, blond with a bellowing rapid-fire style) will continue to bring the Japanese art of Rakugo to New York in Katsura Sunshine's Rakugo. The Off Broadway Alliance has announced that its hugely popular semi-annual ticket promotion, 20at20, will return from September 3 to September 22, 2019. 20at20 makes $20 tickets available to dozens of Off Broadway shows 20 minutes prior to curtain for 20 days.

Celebrated, internationally renowned performer Katsura Sunshine will bring the ancient Japanese art of Rakugo to New York in Katsura Sunshine's Rakugo for its official Off-Broadway debut at New World Stages beginning September 19, press and running through January 4, 2020. 

Executive Producers Steven Honigman and Joe Trentacosta in association with Yumi Shinozaki and The Yoshimoto Creative Agency of Japan introduce the internationally renowned performer Katsura Sunshine to New York City with Katsura Sunshine's Rakugo with a special Valentine's Day weekend special presentation before its full Off-Broadway run this Spring. Four performances only, Katsura Sunshine's Rakugo will perform Thursday, February 14 - Sunday, February 17, 2019 at The Royal Family Performing Arts Space (145 West 46 Street, 3rd Floor).
