This year's Victoria's Secret runway featured lots of 'birds of paradise,' 'snow angels' and a sparkly Taylor Swift. Hot models of the moment Joan Smalls, Jessica Hart, Jourdan Dunn and Cara Delevingne joined seasoned angels like Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Behati Prinsloo, Candice Swanepoel, Doutzen Kroes, Karlie Kloss, Lily Aldridge and Lindsay Ellingson on the runway.

Since 2002, Swarovski has been adding sparkling glamour to the celebrated catwalk extravaganza, the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, by exclusively providing the lavish crystals that adorn the costumes, jewelry, accessories and footwear by Nicholas Kirkwood. This year, 20 eye-popping, custom creations will be modeled by some of Victoria's Secrets' most famous Angels, including Lily Aldridge, Alessandra Ambrosio, Karlie Kloss, Doutzen Kroes, Adriana Lima, Behati Prinsloo, and Candice Swanepoel.

To mark the opening at the Brooklyn Museum on October 25 of the The Fashion World of Jean Paul Gaultier: From the Sidewalk to the Catwalk, a short video has just been released about the exhibition, which will be on view through February 23, 2014. Featuring Jean Paul Gaultier speaking about the Brooklyn presentation and top model and Gaultier muse Karlie Kloss earing his iconic designs, it was directed by Stéphane Sednaoui, the noted French photographer, director, and producer. Celebrated Victoria's Secret Angel Adriana Lima was in Aspen over the weekend to host the opening of the new Russell James photographic exhibition 'A Short-Lived Tyranny' at the 212 Gallery in Aspen.

The 2013 CFDA Fashion Awards took place last night at Alice Tully Hall in New York's iconic Lincoln Center. The annual event recognizes outstanding contributions made to American fashion by individuals from all areas of the industry and related arts. Awards were given for excellence in womenswear, menswear, and accessories in addition to excellence in journalism, creative vision, and lifetime achievement.

Last night, the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) paid tribute to the winners and honorees of the 2013 CFDA Fashion Awards and commemorated the organization's 50th anniversary at Alice Tully Hall, Lincoln Center. TV personality and Bravo executive Andy Cohen was the host for the evening. For the twelfth year in a row, the evening was generously underwritten by Swarovski.

Karlie Kloss has not jumped on the collaboration/design bandwagon. She has teamed up with FRAME Denim friends, Jens Grede and Erik Torstensson, to create Forever Karlie line out of necessity. At 5'11 (per her comp card) she has always struggled to find jeans long enough. So she created her own! Two styles in fact: flared and skinny in light and dark washes both with 40-inch inseams. That's a lot of denim!
