A May Sky Picture has announced the workshop production of Schuyler Iona Press' WHAT I'M FAILING TO LEARN, choreography by Joel Hanna, music arranged by Jeb Patton, co-directed by Darren Press, written and directed by C. NickMom has ordered 13 episodes of Instant Mom (working title), the primetime TV block's first original scripted comedy series, starring Tia Mowry-Hardrict, it was announced today by Bronwen O'Keefe, Senior Vice President, NickMom. The half-hour, multi-camera series is set to premiere later this year on NickMom and repeat on Nick at Nite.

On Monday, March 18, 2013, Trinity Rep honored its past and celebrated patrons who have invested in its future by participating in the theater's legacy giving program. Held the night before the 50th anniversary of the formal incorporation of Trinity Rep as a non-profit organization (March 19, 1963), the evening began with the unveiling of a plaque honoring one of Trinity Rep's founders, Milton Stanzler, who passed away in 2012. Mr. Stanzler's nephew, Arthur Richter shared his recollections of Milton Stanzler's passion for live theater, and the Stanzler family history in Rhode Island.

'American Songbook in the Penthouse' embraces adventuresome performers and celebrates composers and lyricists, both newer and veteran. With a seating capacity of just 225, the Kaplan Penthouse allows acoustic performers to be heard the way they intend - near to the audience and without elaborate amplification. The size of the space also allows performers to interact with their audience to make them an integral part of their performance, something difficult to do in a larger, more formal venue.
Cinedigm has acquired all North American and Latin American distribution rights to Destin Daniel Cretton's 2013 SXSW Film Festival dual Grand Jury and Audience Award winner Short Term 12.
