On Friday, May 20, 2022, one hour before the Drama League Awards, Board President Bonnie Comley, Kirk Iwanowski, Mary Jain, and the Board Hosted a VIP Reception at the Drama League Awards right next to the Ziegfeld Ballroom. While the Drama League Distinguished Performance nominees were lining up for the dais, a cocktail party was in full swing in the adjacent ballroom.
Nick Katsoris stumbled upon an idea for a children's book about a little lamb named Loukoumi that has expanded beyond its pages in spectacular ways. The Loukoumi movement caught the eye of Broadway hit Come From Away. We caught up with Katsoris to talk about the amazing work his foundation is doing and how he's teaming up with Come From Away to spread the message of good deeds.
