Just announced, the official launch night of the month-long WOMEN AND WAR festival will feature a one-off performance of SEVEN, a documentary play about seven ordinary women who became extraordinary activists, starring Rula Lenska, Miriam Margolyes and Josie Lawrence.

Half Moon has received £46,000 from the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) for its Stages of Half Moon project. Led by 100 local young people, the exciting project will shed light on the rich heritage of Half Moon Theatre, the role it played in the East End and the development of theatre from the 1970s to the present day.

Directed by Indhu Rubasingham, Almeida Up Close took place at One Mayfair. The evening of fine dining and cabaret included music by Stephen Sondheim and Amy Winehouse.
