After a sold-out run, Follies returns to the NT in 2019. Stephen Sondheim's legendary musical includes such classic songs as 'Broadway Baby', 'I'm Still Here' and 'Losing My Mind'. Featuring a cast of 40 and an orchestra of 21, Folliesis directed by Dominic Cooke. Tracie Bennett, Janie Dee and Peter Forbes return to reprise their roles, with Alexander Hanson and Joanna Riding joining the cast as Ben and Sally.

San Francisco Opera Center Director Sheri Greenawald today announced the eleven recipients of the 2018 Adler Fellowship. Eight singers, two pianist/apprentice coaches and one director will take part in the program. The multi-year performance-oriented residency offers advanced young artists intensive individual training, coaching and professional seminars, as well as a wide range of performance opportunities. Adler Fellows are selected from the artists who have participated in the Merola Opera Program. The prestigious fellowship has nurtured the development of more than 175 young artists since its inception.

Tracie Bennett, Janie Dee and Imelda Staunton play the magnificent Follies in this dazzling new production. Featuring a cast of 37 and an orchestra of 21, the production is directed by Dominic Cooke (Ma Rainey's Black Bottom). Talks and events relating to Angels in America will begin with writer Tony Kushner, who will discuss the plays and his work in conversation with Ola Animashawun on 30 June. Andrew Garfield, who plays Prior Walter, and Denise Gough, who plays Harper Pitt, will then discuss their experiences of performing in the show in a talk chaired by Kate Bassett as well as award-winning director Marianne Elliot who will reflect on directing the show in conversation with Susannah Clapp, both on 3 July.

The 2017 Schwabacher Debut Recitals series concludes on Sunday, April 30 at 5:30 p.m., with a recital by a trio of San Francisco Opera Adler Fellows featured with collaborative pianist Warren Jones in a program of Italian and French repertoire.

London Theatre Workshop is delighted to announce that it will be opening the doors to a new, fully functional, 65 seat boutique theatre in the heart of Fulham, on 10 March, 2014.

Following a string of sell out shows, 2nd Company Productions (2ndCP) will be moving from the 56-seat Pleasance Studio Space to the 288 seat Main Space for its latest and most ambitious project to date, Stephen Sondheim's ASSASSINS. It will run from 20th March to 8th April at The Pleasance Theatre Main Space in Islington.
