Valentine's day is coming prematurely when Big Mouth: 'My Furry Valentine' launches on Netflix on February 8th.

CBS All Access subscribers can enter the fifth dimension beginning Monday, April 1 with the premiere of the service's latest original series, THE TWILIGHT ZONE. The series will debut with two episodes. Following the series premiere, new episodes of the anthology series will be available on demand weekly on Thursdays beginning April 11, exclusively for CBS All Access subscribers. The announcement was made by Julie McNamara, Executive Vice President of Original Content for CBS All Access, at CBS' biannual Television Critics Association presentation.

"The Favourite" was the favorite film of more than 2,500 users who voted for the 17th Annual Gold Derby Film Awards nominations. It scored 12 nominations including Best Picture, Best Director (Yorgos Lanthimos), Best Actress (Olivia Colman), Best Supporting Actress (Emma Stone and Rachel Weisz) and Best Ensemble. Next stop for Taissa Farmiga, Rhea Seehorn, Luke Kirby and Ike Barinholtz is the CBS All Access original series THE TWILIGHT ZONE. They will star in an upcoming episode that will also feature Percy Hynes-White. Previously announced cast for the series includes host and narrator Jordan Peele, as well as John Cho, Greg Kinnear, Sanaa Lathan, Kumail Nanjiani, Adam Scott, Alison Tolman, Jacob Tremblay, Jessica Williams, DeWanda Wise and Steven Yeun.

DeWanda Wise and Jessica Williams have entered the fifth dimension. Wise and Williams are the latest to star in an upcoming episode of CBS All Access original series THE TWILIGHT ZONE. The episode will also feature Lucinda Dryzek, Jefferson White and Jonathan Whitesell. On Monday, February 4 at 7pm, BAM presents the east coast premiere of Xavier Burgin's Horror Noire: A History of Black Horror (2019), a new documentary exploring a century of genre films that by turns utilized, caricatured, exploited, sidelined, and finally embraced Black Americans in Hollywood, tracing a secret history through their connection to the horror genre. The documentary will be followed by a panel discussion with author, educator, and Horror Noire executive producer Tananarive Due, filmmaker R. Shanea Williams, comics author Greg Anderson Elysee, and Horror Noire co-writer/producer and Graveyard Shift Sisters founder Ashlee Blackwell, as well as a screening of Rusty Cundieff's classic urban horror anthology, Tales from the Hood (1995).

Metro Goldwyn Mayer Pictures (MGM) announced today acclaimed stage director Liesl Tommy, the first black woman to earn a Tony Award nomination for Best Direction of a Play, is set to direct Respect, a feature film based on the life of music icon Aretha Franklin. As previously announced, Academy Award, Golden Globe, Screen Actors Guild, BAFTA and Grammy Award winner Jennifer Hudson was personally handpicked by Ms. Franklin to portray her on the big screen.  Academy Award and Golden Globe winner Callie Khouri (Thelma & Louise, creator of Nashville) will pen the screenplay following the rise of Ms. Franklin's career, from a child singing in her father's church's choir to an iconic and international superstar. The announcement was made today by Jonathan Glickman, President, Motion Picture Group.

 Al Pacino is nearing a deal to make his episodic television debut in Amazon's The Hunt, according to Deadline. The vengeance-driven Nazi hunting series is executive produced by Oscar-winning Get Out writer-director Jordan Peele.

 YouTube revealed the full list of guest stars for WEIRD CITY, a half-hour sci-fi comedy co-created by Academy Award and Emmy Award winning writer Jordan Peele and Emmy Award nominated writer Charlie Sanders (Key and Peele). The six-episode series will debut exclusively on YouTube Premium on February 13, 2019.

Full casting has been announced for the highly anticipated West End transfer of the Almeida's sell-out production of The Twilight Zone, which transfers to the Ambassadors Theatre from 4 March 2019.

Amazon announced today that Lorena, a four-part Prime Original documentary series executive produced by Jordan Peele, will premiere on Friday, February 15, exclusively on Amazon Prime Video, following the world premiere at The Sundance Film Festival on Tuesday, January 29th.
