Boston Baroque's 50th season continues with a return to two programs that have become beloved holiday traditions for many: Handel's Messiah and a New Year's Celebration. This year, audiences near and far will have the opportunity to join Boston Baroque for the holidays, as we welcome both in-person audiences and virtual audiences around the world via livestream on IDAGIO.

InterHarmony International Music Festival is gearing towards a long-awaited autumn concert at Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall on Nov 5 at 8PM. InterHarmony Concert Series'

The 2022-23 Boston Symphony Orchestra Season scheduled for September 22 through May 6, will feature a variety of special discounted ticket options.

The Boston Modern Orchestra Project (BMOP) and Odyssey Opera, two of today's leading innovators on the classical musical scene, present the East Coast premiere of John Corigliano and Mark Adamo's new opera The Lord of Cries. 

The Handel and Haydn Society is set to take on one of Mozart's greatest works with its premiere semi-staged performances of The Marriage of Figaro. Raphaël Pichon, founder and artistic director of Pygmalion, will lead the performances on November 17 + 18 at 7:00 PM at Symphony Hall.

Pianist Lucas Debargue, whose breakthrough performance at the Tchaikovsky International Competition in 2015 put him on the map, will make his solo recital debut at Carnegie Hall's Stern Auditorium/Perelman Stage on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at 8pm, presented by Cherry Orchard Festival and Show One Productions.

Boston Baroque opens its 50th Season with Bach's beloved Mass in B minor this October. The performance on Saturday, October 15 at 8pm will be held at GBH's Calderwood Studio in Brighton, welcoming live studio audiences on site and virtual audiences around the world via livestream on IDAGIO's Global Concert Hall. The performance on Sunday, October 16 at 3pm will be held at NEC's Jordan Hall in Boston.

When Symphony Hall opens in the coming weeks for a full season of performances and events, visitors will not be required to show proof of vaccination or a negative test result to enter the hall. In addition, masking will be optional, though the use of high-efficiency masks (KN95 or N95 masks) is strongly encouraged for indoor performance spaces based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The Cassatt String Quartet will return to the Music Mountain Summer Festival for an in-person recital on Sunday afternoon, September 18, 2022, 3 p.m., EDT, at Gordon Hall.

Odyssey Opera will return to live performance with TROIKA, a concert performance of the complete operatic output of Sergei Rachmaninoff. The performance will take place Sunday, September 25, 2022, at 3:00 p.m at NEC’s Jordan Hall.

New England Conservatory has announced an expansive fall season of classical and contemporary music concerts featuring a diverse roster of ensembles and programming. Ensembles large and small perform in NEC's world-class venues, including Jordan Hall and the Plimpton Shattuck Black Box Theatre.
