This fully online program, designed to give high schoolers and their parents insight into pursuing a career in theater, will be held via Zoom on Saturday, January 23 from 11:30AM to 4PM.

Opening Night was Wednesday, October 17th for Keen Company's fourth musical, the first NY revival of Adam Gwon's acclaimed Ordinary Days, directed by Keen Artistic Director Jonathan Silverstein. Whitney Bashor (The Bridges of Madison County), Marc delaCruz (If/Then), Sarah Lynn Marion (2013 Jimmy awards winner), and Kyle Sherman (Pete the Cat) star. This limited Off-Broadway engagement will continue throughNovember 17th only.

Performances have begun for Keen Company's fourth musical, the first NY revival of Adam Gwon's acclaimed Ordinary Days, directed by Keen Artistic Director Jonathan Silverstein. The West Wing's Melissa Fitzgerald, Broadway actor Heath Saunders, Emery Battis Award-winner Victoria Frings and Ken Clark, currently playing King Arthur in Camelot at STC, recently joined Members of Congress and notable Washingtonians onto the stage at Sidney Harman Hall to perform in Will on the Hill. Now in its sixteenth year, the much-loved bipartisan event took place on June 11 and raised $500,000 for the theatre's education and community outreach programs.

Today Keen Artistic Director Jonathan Silverstein announced that Steven Dietz's landmark play Lonely Planet would star Arnie Burton (The Government Inspector) and Matt McGrath (The Legend of Georgia McBride).  The design team will include Anshuman Bhatia (scenic), Jennifer Paar (costumes), Paul Hudson (lighting) and Bart Fasbender (sound).

NEA Grants $10K for 1993 MELANCHOLY EXPERIENCE at Keen Company

National Endowment for the Arts Chairman Jane Chu has approved more than $82 million to fund local arts projects across the country in the NEA's second major funding announcement for fiscal year 2017. Included is an Art Works award of $10,000 to Keen Company to further develop Kenny's Finkle's 1993 Melancholy Experience, a play that was developed in Keen's Playwrights Lab.
