Today we are once again speaking with a world renowned living legend all about his phenomenal career on Broadway and in Hollywood in honor of his new 54 Below engagement later this month, titled STEPPIN OUT', the one and only Ben Vereen. Besides sharing what lucky attendees can expect from his 54 Below shows, Vereen also shares preliminary plans to bring a new biomusical to Broadway some season soon as well as the forthcoming release of a star-studded documentary all about his iconic show business legacy planned to be released later this year. Additionally, Vereen reflects on a number of recent milestones and looks back at some of his most memorable movie musical work in honor of the 45th anniversary of the release of SWEET CHARITY last month, plus the brand new Blu-ray editions of FUNNY LADY and ALL THAT JAZZ now available. Golden Globe winner and Emmy® nominee Ian McShane (Deadwood) will guest star in a season-long arc of the hit SHOWTIME drama series RAY DONOVAN.

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) and dick clark productions (dcp) present the 72nd Annual Golden Globe Awards tonight, Sunday, January 11, 2015. Hosted by Golden Globe Award winners Tina Fey and Amy Poehler for the third year in a row, the ceremony will air on NBC live coast-to-coast from 5-8 p.m. (PT) and 8-11 p.m. (ET) from the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, CA. Film and television stars (and audiences) are sure to come out in droves when funny ladies Tina Fey and Amy Poehler take the stage for a final time (so they say!) to host the Golden Globes, tonight on NBC at 8pm/7c. Former Footloose star Kevin Bacon is in talks to join JUNGLE, a semi-authobiographical thriller by Yossi Ghinsberg depicting a dangerout trip to the Amazon jungle. Bacon will likely play the mysterious jungle guide, Karl. Adapted by Justin Monjo, Greg McLean is set to direct the film which will be filmed in Australia and Colombia in early 2015.
