The Cincinnati Pops Orchestra announced an agreement with John Morris Russell that extends the Conductor's contract through the 2020-21 season. This builds on a fiveyear extension announced in 2014 and comes on the heels of a wildly successful international tour in March that included Cincinnati Pops performances in China and Taiwan for enthusiastic crowds.

Bass Concert Hall announced today that the Austin Symphony Orchestra will perform Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone in Concert on September, 23 2017 at 7:30 PM as part of the Harry Potter Film Concert Series. The concert will feature the live symphony orchestra performing, to picture, every note from Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone.

The Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts announced today that the North Carolina Symphony will perform Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone in Concert on September 15, 2017 as part of the Harry Potter Film Concert Series.

A public memorial for Carrie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds will be held today at 1pm PST, 4PM EST at 1pm, March 25 at Forest Lawn, Hollywood Hills, where the mother/daughter are buried. The ceremony will be held in a 1,200 seat theater at the cemetery and live-streamed below.
