HANDMAID'S TALE, GLOW Among Nominees for 2018 WRITERS GUILD AWARDS; Full List

The Writers Guild of America, East (WGAE) and the Writers Guild of America, West (WGAW) have announced nominations for outstanding achievement in television, new media, news, radio/audio, and promotional writing during 2017. Winners will be honored at the 2018 Writers Guild Awards on Sunday, February 11, 2018, at concurrent ceremonies in New York City and Los Angeles.

STOLEN HOUSE to Play Bernstein Theater, 5/6-9

Six master improvisors are taking over the sets of Perfect Crime at the Anne L. Bernstein Theater (Friday May 6 and Saturday May 7, 10:30pm), and on the set of The Effect at the Barrow Street Theatre (Sunday May 8 @10pm, Monday May 9 @8pm).

The largest international improv festival in the world, the 16th annual Chicago Improv Festival, April 1-7, 2013, celebrates the art of improv, showcasing more than 150 acts consisting of 765 improvisers from eight countries with live performances at 20 venues located throughout the city.
