Firehouse Theater Company announces its 2014-2015 Season. Details below!

'Copenhagen,' is a fictional account of an actual event during World War II, two physicists exchange heated words and profound ideas. One man, Werner Heisenberg, seeks to harness the power of the atom for Germany's forces. The other scientist, Niels Bohr is devastated that his native Denmark has been occupied by the Third Reich. Their encounter is human: full of memories and memory lapses, as well as affection and denial.

Spotlight Theatre Company will produce the Ira Levin comedy-thriller, Deathtrap, opening tonight, April 5, and running through Saturday, May 3, 2014. Performances are Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 pm, and Sundays at 2:00 pm. Tickets are $21 for General Admission and $19 for Students/Seniors. All matinees are only $16. Spotlight Theatre Company will produce the Agatha Christie classic, Witness for the Prosecution, opening Saturday, October 12th and running through Saturday, November 9, 2013.

This production was a curious one - while there were several excellent performances of the evening, the show was almost hindered due to poor technical decisions riddled throughout the show.

Shores, an award-winning producer, writer, director and actor, will attend the opening night performance at 7:30 p.m., tonight, July 26 at the John Hand Theatre, 7653 E. 1st Place, Denver. The show will be followed by a VIP reception where audience members will have a chance to meet and visit with the author.
