Houston Grand Opera (HGO) announces the release of two new episodes of HGOco's web opera series Star-cross'd: "Now" and "A Rose." These works invite audiences to explore 21st-century opera viewing in a new streaming series of short opera films based on true personal experiences with Romeo and Juliet themes. Each episode includes a line from Shakespeare's play about star-crossed lovers, Romeo and Juliet.

The concert will feature songs and song cycles included on Love Life by composers Jake Heggie and Liam Wade, as well as a sneak preview of a new song cycle by composer John Grimmett. Joining Moss in performance will be pianist Steven Bailey, cellist Emil Miland, violinist Mads Tolling, and composer­pianist Jake Heggie.
