The Print Room Moves To New Home, The Coronet, Notting Hill

Artistic Director Anda Winters today announces that The Print Room will move to a new, permanent home in the stunning former Victorian playhouse - The Coronet, Notting Hill. This major development will enable the company to considerably expand its diverse programming and will open up the iconic building to the community.

A cast of young student actors will perform the Tony Award-winning musical 'Hairspray' July 16-20 at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. High school actors and technicians will begin work on the production June 16. PlayMakers Repertory Company, the professional theater in residence in UNC's College of Arts and Sciences, will present the Broadway musical as the culmination of its popular Summer Youth Conservatory.

The Drama League has announced that the Emmy-nominated star of Modern Family and Broadway veteran Jesse Tyler Ferguson will host the upcoming 80th Annual Drama League Awards. Considered one of the high points of the theater season, the Annual Awards Luncheon includes a nominees cocktail reception, luncheon ceremony, and awards presentation and that will be held today, May 16, 2014 at the Marriott Marquis Times Square in the Broadway Ballroom (1535 Broadway) beginning at 11:30 a.m. Financier Patisserie, GenSpring Family Offices, and National Life Group are the 2014 Event Sponsors of the 80th Annual Drama League Awards.
