Doce voces privilegiadas de jóvenes de entre 18 y 35 años darán muestra de lo aprendido en el Estudio de Ópera de Bellas Artes (EOBA) del Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes y Literatura (INBAL). Los egresados de la sexta generación del EOBA se presentarán mañana a las 19:00 en la Sala Manuel M. Ponce del Palacio de Bellas Artes con un repertorio que incluye ensambles de Il trovatore y Don Carlo de Giuseppe Verdi y de La Clemenza di Tito y Le Nozze di Figaro de Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, entre otras piezas de compositores como Giacomo Puccini y Francis Poulenc.

Capturing the Best Actor award from the 2017 United Solo Festival, this highly entertaining work also demonstrates how WWII helped Fisher win boyhood battles with his older brother.

Su lenguaje es muy preciso, no te da oportunidad de especular. Es muy rico en armonías y ritmos. El maestro entendía muy bien la melodía, algo que a los compositores contemporáneos les cuesta mucho: cómo comenzarla, desarrollarla y llegar a un éxtasis, refirió en entrevista la soprano Liliana Aguilasocho, quien interpreta a Lucero.

The Met Names Thomas Lausmann Director Of Music Administration

The Metropolitan Opera announced today that Thomas Lausmann, currently the Head of Music at the Vienna State Opera, will become the Met's Director of Music Administration at the start of the 2019 20 season. Lausmann will replace Assistant General Manager John Fisher, who is stepping down after many years at the Met to resume his freelance musical career. Fisher will continue to coach many of the world's top singers on a freelance basis, including on occasion at the Met.
