Glen Street Theatre is proud to announce the program for the inaugural Cabaret in the Glen, the first cabaret festival on Sydney's Northern Beaches and North Shore. Over five days and nights, and across two live stages, Glen Street Theatre will transform into a glorious feast of entertainment, theatre, music, art and conversation. From film to live music concerts, panel events and cabaret, Cabaret in the Glen will be positively bursting at the seams.

For the launch of her debut album Poetic Mind, Ferlein will be performing live in Sydney on the TV show 'Studio 10' on 7th July 2017.

'You've Got a Friend' with a touch of James Taylor, featuring Nikki Nicholls and Kings Rule, will perform for one night only at The Palms at Crown on Friday 3 March. This will be an unforgettable evening of Carole King's songs and story covering her amazing life and musical career.

On the 45th anniversary of one of the best-selling albums of all time, Carole King's pop masterpiece, Tapestry was celebrated by two of Australia's most loved vocalists in three sold out shows at the Arts Centre, Melbourne in August 2016. Iconic performers Vika Bull and Debra Byrne along with The Brill Band, featuring some of Australia's finest musicians, reimagined the songs of the "most successful and revered female songwriter in pop music history".

Music by the Sea presents Ambre Hammond on the piano and Ian Cooper on the violin - a vivacious blend of Classical, Gypsy and Jazz music at Sandgate Town Hall on Saturday 1st October, 7:30pm. Each a virtuoso in their own right, violinist, Ian Cooper and pianist, Ambre Hammond began learning their instruments before they started school. Classical, Tango, Gypsy, Irish, Country, Swing and the Blues, all delivered with their trade-mark wit and enthusiasm. Rehearsals are well underway for the Victorian State Schools Spectacular as 3000 students get ready for this year's show, titled  'The Elements'.

Everybody took to the stage for the rousing finale, including the stage crew.
