???????From the producers of the recent sell-out hit The Boys in the Band comes another darkly comic masterpiece: Joe Orton's classic farce LOOT, voted Best Play of the Year in the Evening Standard Awards.

Producers Work Light Productions (RENT, Mamma Mia!, Motown The Musical) and The Araca Group (Urinetown, Wicked), in association with Aged in Wood and Michael Barra, today announced that a stage production of the murder mystery comedy thriller CLUE will tour North America beginning in the fall of 2018.

Paul Pierce and Larry Dooley run the two busiest theatre companies in Columbus  - the Springer Opera House and CSU Department of Theatre.  Together, they mount 35 productions and nearly 500 performances every year.

Writers Theatre, under the leadership of Artistic Director Michael Halberstam and Executive Director Kathryn M. Lipuma, concludes its 2016/17 season with the musical Parade, with book by Alfred Uhry and music and lyrics by Jason Robert Brown, co-conceived by Harold Prince.

Aurora Theatre Company presents the U.S. Premiere of British playwright Steve Waters'(World Music, The Contingency Plan) hit play, TEMPLE. Aurora Artistic Director Tom Ross (Mud Blue Sky, A Bright New Boise, Edward Albee's A Delicate Balance) helms this thought-provoking new play, featuring Paul Whitworth, Sylvia Burboeck, J. Michael Flynn, Sharon Lockwood, Leontyne Mbele-Mbong, and Mike Ryan. TEMPLE plays April 14 through May 14 at the Aurora Theatre in Berkeley. The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey announces its 2017 lineup after completing an immensely successful 2016 season that was repeatedly featured in "Top Ten Productions of 2016" listings, such as The Star-Ledger, The Wall Street Journal, and NJ Arts. The 2017 season promises to be a thrilling one, featuring beloved classics, as well as an epic new work. The Theatre is especially proud to be the first theatre in the Northeast to present Shakespeare in Love by Lee Hall, the new play based on the Academy Award-winning film by Marc Norman and Tom Stoppard with music by Paddy Cunneen. The new stage adaptation is one of five plays to appear on STNJ's Main Stage in 2017 and will be accompanied with works by Moliere, Shakespeare and Joe Orton.
