According to published reports, a GLEE Madonna tribute sequel is on. GLEE creator Ryan Murphy tells Access Hollywood: 'We're doing a sequel to the Madonna [episode].' It is unclear as to when the episode will be filmed or air, but it will be sometime in the show's second season.
