The producers of WEST SIDE STORY are proud to announce that 2009 Tony Award winner Karen Olivo and 2009 Tony Award nominee Josefina Scaglione have both renewed their contracts with the show to continue with WEST SIDE STORY into 2010.

The smash hit Broadway production of WEST SIDE STORY broke the box office record at the Palace Theatre (1564 Broadway) two weeks in a row.

Zak Resnick (Broadway Boys) has been added to the previous line-up for the Monday Night January 11, 2010 Concert with Jonathan Reid Gealt.

Matthew Hydzik officially took over the role of 'Tony,' beginning Tuesday, December 15. On Friday, November 13th at 11AM, the cast of the hit Broadway musical ROCK OF AGES joined with the VH1 Save The Music Foundation to celebrate the show's support of music education in our nation's schools. This past spring, ROCK OF AGES donated $30,000 to the Foundation through a month-long ticket promotion, which enabled the VH1 Save The Music Foundation to grant a full set of new musical instruments to jumpstart the music education program at PS/IS 111 this school year.

Last Wednesday night, some of the cast members from 'ROCK OF AGES' came uptown - 2 blocks! - to New World Stages for some HOT TOXIC LOVE - and got it when they visited THE TOXIC AVENGER, the award-winning musical starring another 'American Idol' finalist. After the show, both casts met onstage for the obligatory photo - or three.

Captain Paul is hired to safely transport Prince Wesley to Guana island to be crowned the new king. Meanwhile, Captain Shortshanks must kill Prince Wesley to fulfill the final prophecy to bring his evil master back to life to rule again.
