Singer KEVIN DOZIER announced today that the final performance of his cabaret show "TAKE ME TO THE WORLD" on Tuesday, October 19 at 7 PM at The Laurie Beechman Theatre at West Bank Cafe, 407 West 42nd Street, will be a benefit for the American Cancer Society's HOPE LODGE NYC.

Singer KEVIN DOZIER will bring his acclaimed cabaret show 'TAKE ME TO THE WORLD' to The Laurie Beechman Theatre at West Bank Café, 407 West 42nd Street, on Tuesday, October 5, 12, 19 and 26 at 7 PM. The evening, directed by Lennie Watts, includes songs by Maltby and Shire, Jones and Schmidt, Irving Berlin, Jerry Herman, Lerner and Loewe, Stephen Sondheim, Noel Coward, Ervin Drake, Rusty Magee, Alex Rybeck and others. Kevin debuted 'Take Me to the World' at Feinstein's earlier this year to universal raves. He returns in this extended engagement at the popular theatre-district restaurant and cabaret theatre named for Broadway's Laurie Beechman. Kevin will be joined by Musical Director Alex Rybeck at the piano with Jered Egan on Bass and John Redsecker on drums. The cover is $20 with $15 food/beverage minimum, with a full dinner menu available. Reservations: (212) 695-6909

Feinstein's at Lowes Regency, continues its Spring 2010 season with the return of the young identical twin brothers Will & Anthony Nunziata after two sold-out performances last fall. Their new show, 'From Pelham to Park Avenue,' features songs from Broadway by Stephen Sondheim ('Pretty Women'), Jule Styne ('Make Someone Happy') and Frank Loesser ('I Believe In You'), Italian classics ('Funniculi, Funnicula') and numbers from newer songwriters like Michael Feinstein ('Swing Is Back In Style'). The engagement - which is directed by Richard Jay-Alexander and features Music Director Ben Toth on piano and Jered Egan on bass - opened at Feinstein's last night, April 20.
