Full Cast Announced for SOME MOTHERS DO 'AVE 'EM UK Tour

The producers of the highly acclaimed UK tour of Some Mothers Do 'Ave 'Em are delighted to announce the casting of Moray Treadwell as Mr Luscombe/Mr Worthington, David Shaw-Parker as Father O'Hara and Ben Watson as Desmond/Constable. They join the previously announced Joe Pasquale as the loveable but accident-prone Frank Spencer, Sarah Earnshaw as his long-suffering wife Betty and Susie Blake as his disapproving mother-in-law, Mrs Fisher. Also in the cast are Peter F Gardiner and Jayne Ashley.

Joe Pasquale Will Tour Again In SOME MOTHERS DO 'AVE 'EM

After a highly acclaimed and previously sold-out tour in 2018, Some Mothers Do 'Ave 'Em is back by popular demand and will tour the UK in 2020. Joe Pasquale returns as the loveable but accident-prone Frank Spencer in the stage production of the classic 1970s TV comedy, Some Mothers Do 'Ave 'Em. Sarah Earnshaw is returning as his long-suffering wife Betty and Susie Blake his disapproving mother-in-law, Mrs Fisher. Further casting to be announced. The stage adaptation is by Guy Unsworth, based on the original TV series by Raymond Allen. Guy Unsworth will also be directing.

BWW Review: LOVE'S LABOUR'S LOST and MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING, Theatre Royal, Haymarket

The Royal Shakespeare Company have burst back to the West End with their double bill of Love's Labour's - both Lost and Won. This pairing really is a remarkable achievement. Set in the summer of 1914 and the winter of 1918, director Christopher Luscombe has combined the charm and elegance of an Edwardian country estate with a wit, silliness and sense of play that would surely have made Will proud.

A revue is a rare theatrical treat these days. In its heyday, the irresistible combination of light comedy, song and dance sketches was incredibly popular. Its golden age lasted from the early 1920s to the late 1950s and for much of that time its greatest practitioner was Noel Coward who wrote and appeared in a succession of revues on both sides of the Atlantic such as London Calling! (1923) and Sigh No More (1945).

Edward Bennett and Lisa Dillon Lead RSC's MUCH ADO and LOVE'S LABOURS LOST London Transfer

The RSC's hugely acclaimed 2014 pairing of Love's Labour's Lost and Much Ado About Nothing (or Love's Labour's Won) arrives in London this Christmas, following runs at Chichester Festival Theatre and Manchester Opera House. From 9 December 2016 to 18 March 2017, Edward Bennett and Lisa Dillon will delight audiences at the Theatre Royal Haymarket in Christopher Luscombe's elegant, effervescent productions.

Full Cast Announced for RSC's LOVE'S LABOUR'S LOST & LOVE'S LABOUR'S WON

Full casting is announced for Christopher Luscombe's productions of Love's Labour's Lost and Love's Labour's Won (also known as Much Ado About Nothing). As part of a season marking the centenary of the First World War, both productions will play in repertoire in the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, Stratford-upon-Avon with a joint press day on Wednesday 15 October. They will also be broadcast live into cinemas worldwide and streamed free into schools.

Shakespeare's Globe London Cinema Series To Launch This Summer

Shakespeare's Globe London Cinema Series begins this Monday, June 27 with the London Globe Theatre's critically acclaimed production of The Merry Wives of Windsor which will be shown in select movie theaters across the U.S. at 6:30 p.m. local time (please note earlier start time).
