D23: The Official Disney Fan Club presents a special theatrical performance, Broadway and Beyond. Thomas Schumacher, president and producer, Disney Theatrical Productions will host a musical journey into Disney's history on Broadway and beyond at the D23 Expo: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event. The performance features an all-star line-up, including Heidi Blickenstaff (THE LITTLE MERMAID), Ashley Brown (MARY POPPINS and BEAUTY AND THE BEAST), Merle Dandridge (TARZAN and AIDA), Josh Strickland (TARZAN) and Alton Fitzgerald White (THE LION KING), who sing beloved songs from the award-winning musicals they starred in as well as classic tunes from the Disney on Broadway catalogue.

International film star Orlando Bloom will make his Broadway debut alongside Tony Award nominee Condola Rashad, as Shakespeare's star-crossed lovers in a new Broadway production of the timeless love story ROMEO AND JULIET, directed by five-time Tony Award nominee David Leveaux. The show will open on Broadway on Thursday, September 19, 2013 at the Richard Rodgers Theatre, following preview performances from Saturday, August 24, 2013.

Thousands of people every year write their names and the names of their loved ones on the face of wall, believing it will make their love and relationships eternal and everlasting, like the love of Romeo and Juliet. The producers of Broadway's Forever Tango have announced that 'Dancing with the Stars' duo Karina Smirnoffand Maksim Chmerkovskiy will extend their run for an additional week, now through Sunday, August 18, 2013. The Grammy Award-winning 'Prince of Salsa,' Luis Enrique also appears through August 18th as the special guest vocalist. Forever Tango is currently in performances at the Walter Kerr Theatre (219 W 48th Street) through Sunday, September 15, 2013.
