The ABC Television Network has announced midseason premiere dates for the new dramas The Crossing, Deception, For The People and the Grey's Anatomy spinoff, as well as new comedies Alex, Inc. and Splitting Up Together. Additionally, American Idol will air Sundays and Mondays, beginning March 11. Dates have also been set for the premiere of Dancing with the Stars All-Athletes Edition and the return of Quantico.

Actress Christina Ricci was presented with the Vanguard Award following the screening and Q&A for Amazon's 'Z' The Beginning of Everything,' with actor David Holfin, and executive producers Dawn Prestwich and Nicole Yorkin. The cast of FOX's 'Star' also received the Rising Star Award on Saturday night. Actors Jude Demorest, Brittany O'Grady and Ryan Destiny accepted the honor on behalf of the cast.

This February 2-4, both ABC and Freeform take the stage at SCAD's (Savannah College of Art and Design) aTVfest, an international event where attendees discover the latest in design creativity and innovation and media production, with ten series.

Michell Trachtenberg (BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER, GOSSIP GIRL) is set to guest star on CBS' drama CRIMINAL MINDS in January. The episode is entitled, “Zugzwang,' and follows Reid, who discovers that his girlfriend has been kidnapped by her stalker, he and the BAU team band together to find her before it's too late, on CRIMINAL MINDS, Wednesday, Jan. 16 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
