After a phenomenally successful London premiere last month, Lee Tannen's incredibly personal play, I LOVED LUCY, a bitter-sweet memoir that reveals the real life Lucille Ball and what it was like being her friend to the end, is to return to Jermyn Street Theatre for a further 3-week season.

Jack F. Lee (born John Francis Lee), beloved musical director of both stage and screen, passed away peacefully on March 2, 2016 in his home at the age of 86. Mr. Lee was one of Broadway's leading conductors and musical directors who worked with composers/lyricists John Kander & Fred Ebb, Cy Coleman & Dorothy Fields, Jule Styne, Richard Rogers, Stephen Sondheim, Charles Strouse, Alan Jay Lerner, Maury Yeston, Robert Wright & George Forrest, Sandy Wilson, Bob Merrill, Betty Comden & Adolph Green and Harvey Schmidt & Tom Jones.

People reports that former child actor Dickie Moore, best known for his role in 1933's OLIVER TWIST, has died at age 89. Moore passed away on Monday in Connecticut.

The 2015 series will run today, June 5-August 9 at the historic Ohio Theatre (39 E. State St.) and will feature 29 films over nine weeks (no films scheduled for the week of the Fourth of July).
