Rehearsals have begun for the world premiere of Havana Music Hall at Actors' Playhouse at the Miracle Theatre in Miami.

Actors' Playhouse announces the complete cast of the world premiere musical HAVANA MUSIC HALL at Actors' Playhouse this fall in Miami, Florida. Tony Award nominee John Herrera (The Mystery of Edwin Drood) and rising star Linedy Genao (On Your Feet!) headline the all-latinx cast of nineteen performers for the show's limited engagement, October 10-November 18, 2018.

'Cabaret,' the 1966 Broadway hit that made Joel Grey a star, is alive and well at The Gateway Playhouse in Bellport. With a shocking book by Joe Masteroff and a tuneful score by 'Chicago's' John Kander and the late Fred Ebb, 'Cabaret' was alarming when it first premiered and gained momentum in recent years with three major revivals on Broadway. The Gateway's effervescent cast, lead by upcoming Broadway star Josh Canfield, makes this 'Cabaret' an old chum to revisit.

John Kander, Fred Ebb, and Joe Masteroff's Tony-winning masterpiece, Cabaret, opens at The Gateway on August 3, (Previews begin August 1) featuring unforgettable songs like "Maybe This Time," "Two Ladies," "Don't Tell Mama," and the title song, "Cabaret." The Old Globe's presentation of Kiss Me, Kate, the classic musical comedy featuring a book by Sam and Bella Spewack and an iconic score by Cole Porter, will now add a week by popular demand and run through August 9 on the Donald and Darlene Shiley Stage in the Old Globe Theatre, part of the Globe's Conrad Prebys Theatre Center. Tickets for the extension will go on sale this Sunday, July 12 at noon.
