The New York Arts and Sciences Salon's will present "An Evening with Eleanora Kupencow and Riad Miah "in collaboration with Ronni Anderson and Susan Davis Eley, of Decorating with Fine Art, Thursday May 26th at Anderson Contemporary Gallery. The presentation will explore artists whose work integrates technology as well as imagery inspired by math and science. Guests will have the opportunity to speak with the artists and have a private tour the gallery led by owner Ronni Anderson. The evening presents a wonderful opportunity for art lovers as well as budding collectors to discover the world of contemporary art.
Stew & Heidi Rodewald to Appear on Stage at The Public in Their New Musical THE TOTAL BENT

The Public Theater announced today that Stew and Heidi Rodewald will perform live with the on-stage band for THE TOTAL BENT, playing the guitar and bass, respectively. With text by Stew and music by Stew and Heidi Rodewald, the team behind the Tony Award-wining musical Passing Strange, which premiered at The Public in 2003, this world premiere musical is directed by Joanna Settle. Performances begin Tuesday, May 10 and continue through Sunday, June 12, with an official press opening on Wednesday, May 25.

As part of the artist commissioning program New York Voices, Joe's Pub at The Public presents Estuary: an artist/mother story, a new show conceived and written by Jamie Leonhart and directed by Joanna Settle. Estuary's original music is co-written and arranged by Grammy-winner Michael Leonhart. This presentation of Estuary features a live band that includes Saskia Lane, Pauline Kim, Sara Phillips Budde and Katie Scheele. Performances will run Monday through Wednesday, November 1-3 at 7:00PM at Joe's Pub at The Public (425 Lafayette, NYC). Joe's Pub Partners with Kimmel Center for 2015 Theater Residency Program

Joe's Pub at The Public has announced a new partnership with Philadelphia's renowned Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts for the 2015 Kimmel Center Theater Residency. Under the tutelage of Shanta Thake, Director of Joe's Pub, and Jay Wahl, the Kimmel Center's Artistic Director, the two week program will guide four world-class artists through the writing process and composition of four new works. The program will be held in the SEI Innovation Studio (1500 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, PA) from June 21 to July 2.
