Moore are delighted to announce Fifth Third Bank's A Christmas Carol, based on the book by Charles Dickens, adapted by Barbara Field and directed by Drew Fracher. Dickens' classic tale of hope and redemption finds extraordinary new life in Actors Theatre's joyous staging. Celebrate the splendor of the holidays with this spectacular production brimming with festive fun, soaring ghosts and cheerful carols that will charm audiences of all ages. A Christmas Carol will preview November 22 and November 23, openNovember 25 and run through December 23 in the Pamela Brown Auditorium.

Generations, genders, and traditions collide in this comic drama, as a revered Sushi Master struggles to preserve ancient artistry in a society obsessed with change. If the dystopian future of Robert O'Hara's new satirical look of American politics come true, there will be a few changes to the nation as we know it. The Presidency will return to Lordships and Ladies due to removing all nuclear weapons because of the 'India Incident'. The west coast of the US will be in a civil war against the east, Cotton XP will be a prime commodity, the United African Nations will want to invade the US, and oh, there are zombies running a shadow government in the basement of the White House (which now resides inside Mount Rushmore).

Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company announces its climactic production of Season 35, the world premiere of Zombie: The American by Woolly's playwright-in-residence Robert O'Hara, directed by Woolly Mammoth Artistic Director Howard Shalwitz. Zombie: The American will run from May 25 to June 21, 2015.

For his first directing project since winning the 2014 Tony Award, Artistic Director Darko Tresnjak will helm Shakespeare's masterpiece, Hamlet, playing only four weeks, from tonight, October 16 to November 16, at Hartford Stage. Hamlet follows three popular Shakespearean productions in the last two years by Tresnjak: The Tempest, Twelfth Night, and last season's Macbeth.

Producer Cedric Yau has announced that James Seol will step into the 17 roles originated by Jimmy Ray Bennett in Around the World in 80 Days, beginning Tuesday, September 17th. Bennett's last performance will be Sunday, September 15th­ at 7pm. Guy LeMonnier heads the cast as the phlegmatic Phileas Fogg, with Shirine Babb, Matt Lutz, and Gary Littman rounding out the ensemble cast. Rachel Klein directs.
