The MTH Theater at Crown Center has announced the six productions that will make up its 2020 season.

Certainly, if you're lucky enough to spend a scant two hours in the company of Cumberland County Playhouse's Forever Plaid - comprised of Chris Hallowes, Ross Griffin, Paul Gary and Justin Burr - you'll feel like you've been good, thanks to their heavenly harmonies, delightful performances and all-around good-guy affability.

Granbury Theatre Company will continue its 2019 Broadway on the Brazos season with the musical Forever Plaid on March 29-April 14, 2019, at the historic Granbury Opera House in Downtown Granbury.

One of the most popular off-Broadway hits in history, the hilarious and charming musical comedy, Forever Plaid comes back to the Norris Theatre on the Palos Verdes Peninsula, for one more Magic Moment, November 16-18. The show follows The Plaids, a young, all-male singing group whose lives were cut tragically short in the 1950s, as they return from the afterlife to stage one final concert featuring the most popular songs of the era.

James Taylor & His All-Star Band with special guest Bonnie Raitt and her band have announced nine additional markets will be added to their 2019 tour.  The new dates include Cincinnati, OH, Austin, TX, Lincoln, NE, Sioux Falls SD, Moline, IL, Toledo, OH, Lexington, KY, Allentown, PA and Providence RI in addition to the previously announced dates. Taylor and Raitt's highly acclaimed tour celebrates a decades-long friendship. Earning rave reviews on the road together last year, The Minneapolis Star Tribune called the show 'an unforgettable evening.' Tickets for the just announced dates will go on-sale to the public October 19th at 10am local time.

Theatre Tuscaloosa will present Stuart Ross, James Raitt and Gene Wolsk's Forever Plaid September 7-16, 2018 in the Bean-Brown Theatre on the Martin Campus of Shelton State Community College (9500 Old Greensboro Rd).

Due to an unexpected medical situation that requires immediate attention, Bonnie Raitt will no longer be able to join James Taylor & His All-Star Band for the first portion of their previously announced summer tour. Following her annual physical, it was determined she needs to schedule some surgery soon. The prognosis is good and a full recovery is expected.

The West Bank Cafe/Laurie Beechman Theatre became all PLAID last night in a Benefit For Broadway Cares/Equity Fights Aids and the special production proved that PLAID will happily be on our planet FOREVER! The performance continues for two more nights.

Utah favorite FOREVER PLAID is the first production to be presented in Hale Centre Theatre's new home. The newly christened Sorenson Legacy Jewel Box Theatre is an intimate space tucked within the striking new Mountain America Performing Arts Centre still under construction in Sandy.

Great Lakes Theater (GLT), Cleveland's Classic Company, concludes its 2017-18 season with the pitch-perfect jukebox musical smash, Forever Plaid. The production will be performed in the company's intimate home at the Hanna Theatre, Playhouse Square, May 5-21, 2017. Victoria Bussert directs. (Forever Plaid was written and originally directed and choreographed by Stuart Ross. James Raitt provided musical continuity supervision and arrangements. The original production was produced by Gene Wolsk.)
