Fresh from their night out the night before, Tony winner, Daisy Eagan and future Tony winner, Jordan Kai Burnett will regale audiences with tales of their wild romps, inappropriate dealings with some of Hollywood's top D-listers, and impart the wisdom they picked up along the way (Legal note: Daisy and Jordan are not liable for any of the 'wisdom' imparted should such 'wisdom' lead to unwise decisions on the part of any audience member.). Daisy and Jordan's Sunday Brunch of Shame is the perfect antidote to a night of bad decisions. Complete with a semi-nude hunk, great tunes, bottomless brunch libations, and a special celebrity guest (Legal note: Appearance of 'semi-nude hunk' contingent on the procurement of a hunk who doesn't mind being abjectly objectified for the pleasure of Daisy and Jordan.). This show is not suitable for children under the age of 16, unless that's just what kind of parent you are. Guests who come wearing clothes from the night before get a special door prize.

Theatre Communications Group (TCG) is pleased to announce the publication of Richard Nelson's The Apple Family: Scenes from Life in the Country, his triumphant American epic in the form of a four-play cycle. The plays premiered at The Public Theater in New York City over the course of 2010 through 2013 featuring the same cast in each production.

City Theater Company gets their Irish up for the 21st season, opening in December with a reimagined staging of James Joyce's The Dead. Richard Nelson won the Tony Award for Best Musical Book in 2000 for his adaptation of the short story that closes out Joyce's seminal collection The Dubliners. The music is by Shaun Davey, with lyrics conceived and adapted by Richard Nelson and Shaun Davey.

Virginia Repertory Theatre presents the award-winning musical, Mame, at the Sara Belle and Neil November Theatre, 114 West Broad Street, running through January 11, 2014. Mame is based on the novel, Auntie Mame, by Patrick Dennis with a book by Jerome Lawrence and Robert E. Lee and unforgettable music and lyrics by Jerry Herman.
