Leading the quest as 'King Arthur' is Jeff McCarthy (Broadway: Side Show, Chicago, Urinetown, Beauty and the Beast). James Ludwig (Broadway: Spamalot, Little Shop of Horrors) will star as 'Sir Robin', and the show will also feature Ta'Rea Campbell as 'The Lady of the Lake' (Broadway: Book of Mormon, Little Shop of Horrors Tour: Sister Act). Director's Cut, Cincinnati Ballet's first series of the 2016-2017 Season, takes the stage Friday, September 16 at 8 pm and Saturday, September 17 at 2 pm and 8 pm at the Aronoff Center. The star-studded program, curated by Artistic Director & CEO Victoria Morgan, includes six short and diverse works ranging from classical to contemporary, including the world premiere of Morgan's latest ballet, Patriotic Pas, world famous New York City Ballet dancer/choreographer Justin Peck's Capricious Maneuvers, a farewell performance of Raymonda from retiring dancers Sarah Hairston and Zack Grubbs, with students from the Otto M. Budig Academy, and a world premiere from esteemed choreographer Ma Cong.

If you're an American, there's a very good chance you will be enjoying a hot dog this weekend. The National Hot Dog and Sausage Council (NHDSC) estimates Americans will eat 150 million hot dogs on July 4th alone. The Independence Day weekend also kicks off National Hot Dog Month, a celebration of our nation's iconic food. To mark the occasion, the NHDSC gathered several hot dog icons in a new series of videos to discuss their own stories about what makes hot dogs special to them.
National Choreographers Initiative Announces Dance Ensemble for 2016 Season

Artistic Director, Molly Lynch, is announcing an ensemble of sixteen professional dancers and three apprentices for the National Choreographers Initiative project in July.
The dancers needed for this type of project have special qualities. The schedule is physically quite demanding and the process requires an adventuresome spirit, an open outlook to try new things, and the ability to adapt quickly. Each dancer will be assigned to work with two choreographers throughout the project.
