Theater for the New City's developmental production of Charles Busch's new comedy THE DIVINE SISTER will start performances tomorrow, February 6 at Theater for the New City's Cino Theater (155 First Avenue)
This Saturday, January 23, 2010, Tony Award Nominee Constantine Maroulis, James Carpinello and Emily Padgett from the hit Broadway show ROCK OF AGES will perform at The Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah.
The stars of Broadway's ROCK OF AGES have banded together to raise funds for World Vision, a humanitarian fund that has been in Haiti for 30 years in an effort to contribute to the country's relief. Stars Kerry Butler, Lauren Molina and James Carpinello introduce the fundraiser in the video below. The production will be auctioning off items, the first of which is a backstage tour with Butler. The five-time Tony nominated hit musical, ROCK OF AGES has announced that beginning Sunday, January 10, 2010, ROCK OF AGES will be changing its Sunday performance schedule to 3pm and 7:30pm. Previously, Sunday shows were at 2pm and 7pm.

TWISTED SISTER (minus vocalist Dee Snider), STRYPER and COLLECTIVE SOUL will perform at New York Stock Exchange's 86th Christmas tree lighting beneath the NYSE façade (Broad Street between Wall Street and Exchange Place) in New York City on Thursday, December 10, 2009 between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. The event is open to the public.
On Friday, November 13th at 11AM, the cast of the hit Broadway musical ROCK OF AGES joined with the VH1 Save The Music Foundation to celebrate the show's support of music education in our nation's schools. This past spring, ROCK OF AGES donated $30,000 to the Foundation through a month-long ticket promotion, which enabled the VH1 Save The Music Foundation to grant a full set of new musical instruments to jumpstart the music education program at PS/IS 111 this school year.
